The device will be slightly larger to accommodate the more-powerful CDMA platform, but is reported to still be slimmer than a standard RAZR. This device will be the slimmest CDMA phone. AOL Germany CEO Charles Fränkl says that the company will launch a mobile phone service in Germany in 2006. AOL users will have access to AIM, photo albums, blogs and more via the AOL mobile.
