Word has it that Motorola and Verizon Wireless will release the Motorola Droid RAZR next week. Verizon today unveiled the pricing of the Samsung Stratosphere. Priced at $149.99 with a new two-year contract, the smartphone features a 4-inch (480×800) Super AMOLED touchscreen display, a 1GHz processor, a 5MP AutoFocus rear camera with LED flash and 480p video recording, a secondary 1.3MP front-facing camera, a 4GB of internal storage space and a 512MB of RAM. The quad-band GSM handset is IP67-certified, which means that it is shocks-, dust- and water-resistant (up to 1 meter underwater for 30 minutes).
