Panasonic will release a new Android smartphone in Europe next year. The unnamed handset features a 4.3-inch qHD large organic light emitting diode (OLED) screen, the Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and NFC capabilities. It is also dustproof and waterproof.
