Philips launches Music Phone 588 in Taiwan which is specially made for women. It has some pre-installed softwares for women such as: BMI, discount calculator, shopping list, membership card management, and price list record. The phone is lack of memory since it has only 106 MB internal memory. This Philips 588 Music Phone works well on GSM Triband 900 / 1800 / 1900. It measures 80 mm x 42 mm x 18.6 mm. Other features include 1.3MP CMOS camera, music player, 64 polyphonic ringtones, and 65,000 colors display. Using Lithium-Ion 580 mAh battery, it has the battery life up to 300 minutes of talk time and up to 300 hours of standby time.
