RIM To Release BlackBerry Bold 9780

RIM has confirmed the availability of the BlackBerry Bold 9780. As a successor to the BlackBerry Bold 9700, the new BlackBerry Bold 9780 is a compact and stylish smartphone that offers a compelling blend of features, performance and design. The smartphone comes with a 5MP camera with a full complement of high-end features including continuous auto focus, scene modes, image stabilization, flash and video recording. The BlackBerry Bold 9780 also includes a 624MHz processor, Wi-Fi b/g/n, a GPS with geo-tagging, a 512MB Flash memory and an expandable memory card slot that supports up to 32GB of additional storage. What’s more, the BlackBerry Bold 9780 is powered by the BlackBerry OS 6 and supports 3G networks around the world.
