Samsung Galaxy Q Android-powered Smartphone

by Johan on June 18, 2010

Samsung will launch a new Android-powered smartphone in the US market later this year. Dubbed as the Samsung Galaxy Q, the phone has a full QWERTY keypad, a touchscreen display and social media integration features. Samsung believes that QWERTY keypad-equipped phones will continue to be popular in the North American market, where mobile-email and social media features are driving much of the smartphone demand. The new Galaxy Q will target the BlackBerry, the smartphone manufactured by Canada’s Research In Motion (RIM) that commands a significant share among corporate users. Stay tuned for more updates.
