Samsung Galaxy S Smartphone Released In China

Samsung has finally rolled out the famous Galaxy S smartphone in the Chinese market. The world’s biggest cell phone market will receive three Galaxy S devices from three different operators including China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom. The China Telecom version (I909) features a dual-standby supporting CDMA and GSM bands, while the China Mobile version (I9008) supports TD-SCDMA network, CMMB Mobile TV and runs on OPhone OS 2.0. And finally, the China Unicom version (I9088) offers WCDMA support and looks similar to AT&T’s Captivate. [SamsungHub]
