Samsung has confirmed that they will release the Galaxy S smartphone in Canada this summer or before the end of August. The Canadian version features a 4-inch WVGA Super AMOLED touchscreen display, Android 2.1 (upgradeable to Froyo), a 1GHz processor, a 5MP camera and an HD video recording.
