Slasphone has a video of Cingular’s upcoming Samsung SGH-i600 Smartphone, which supports a 2.3-inch TFT display, 1.3MP digicam, TI OMAP 1710 processor, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, Bluetooth connectivity, and a microSD card slot.
