The smallest phone of the Samsung’s line is SGH P300 with its thickness of only 8.9 mm. SGH P300 is Samsung’s new and slim cellphones which features a 260K color TFT-LCD display, 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, MP3 player, and speakerphone. The dimensions are 86 mm x 54 mm x 8.9 mm which is equal to the size of a credit card. The case is made of magnesium and steel which makes it more durable. More deails at Mobile Review.
