Good news for Sony Ericsson phone lovers in Japan. The Sony Ericsson SO903iTV phone will be available for NTT DoCoMo users. This handset features a 3-inch Bravia LCD screen with 240×432 resolution and supports a 16:9 ratio picture. Other cool features include 2MP camera, built-in FeliCA, GPS, 3G roaming, and a document viewer. No word yet on pricing.
