Sony Ericsson has decided to upgrade the XPERIA X10, X10 mini and X10 mini pro with the Android 2.1 OS. These handsets will receive the Android 2.1 update very soon, although it will happen in selected markets only. The Android 2.1 update enables the Sony Ericsson X10′s camera to capture HD resolution videos. In Q4 2010, the XPERIA X10 will also receive a further update that will tweak the onboard Timescape and Mediascape apps with some new refinements. [Android Community]
