Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 Delayed Until January 2010

Sony Ericsson has decided to delay the release date of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 until the first week of January 2010. The first Android smartphone features a 1GHz Snapdragon chip from Qualcomm, a wide 4-inch capacitive touch display, and an 8.1-megapixel camera with LED flash. This Sony Ericsson model will be a quad-band GSM phone with mobile broadband. There will be two versions, one with the 3G frequencies used in North America, and a second for the rest of the world. Additionally, the Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 will have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a GPS receiver, and a microSDHC card slot. [Engadget]
