
The Mobile Hi-Vision Cam Woo is a new camera phone from Hitachi that can record video in 1,280 x 720 resolution. The cell phone comes in a 5MP sensor digital camera, HDMI interface and a microSDHC slot. The handset will be released next week via KDDI. [Engadget]

Omio.com today reported that LG will release the new LG Viewty II or also known as the LG GC900 sometime in June with the Orange UK network. As a reminder, the LG Viewty II has a 3 inch WCGA touch screen, 3D S-Class user interface, 8MP camera with Xenon flash and manual/auto-focus and image stabilisation, A-GPS, ISO support, accelerometer, geo-tagging, slow motion video, DivX and Xvid. In addition, this smartphone also supports 7.2Mbps HSDPA data, WiFi and 32GB of expandable storage. [Omio]

Spice Mobile has released their latest handset called the Spice S-590. This camera phone offers an integrated FM radio with recorder, MP3 playback, Torchlight functionality, microSD memory card slot, GPRS, Mobile tracker, Call blacklist and SMS scheduler. The KT770 slider is LG’s S60-powered handset that is debuting at MWC this week. The phone is powered by S60 3.2-based user interface and features 7.2Mbps HSDPA, GPS navigation, WQVGA display and a 5MP camera. Check out the video after the jump! [Engadget] More

The highly anticipated Samsung Memoir has been released by Samsung Telecommunications America and T-Mobile. This touchscreen based handset has a 8MP camera with auto focus and 16x digital zoom, Xenon flash, adjustable brightness and flash, blink detection, face detection, anti-shake to reduce blur and geo-tagging. There are also five different shooting modes. Using the Memoir, you can record video for up to an hour depending on the type of resolution you use. Its TV-out allows you to share your favorite memories with family and friends. Other features include Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface, widget support, 3G connectivity, a full virtual QWERTY keypad, haptic feedback and A-GPS. The Hitachi Wooo Ketai H001 is a new 5MP camera phone. This AU handset from KDDI Japan also features a 3D display for both videos and photos, a 3.1 inch display at 845 x 480 resolution, microSD memory card slot, 1Seg TV tuner support, and e-wallet support.
