
Some dudes the FCC have approved the new Sony Ericsson C905a mobile phone that comes equipped with a superb 8MP digital camera. Available in Copper Gold, Ice Silver and Night Black, the camera phone also features autofocus, Xenon flash, Face detection (up to 3 faces), 16x digital zoom, QVGA video recording capability, Quad-band GSM with 3G American band support, QVGA (240 × 320) 2.4 inch 18-bit scratch-resistant color LCD display, A-GPS with picture geotagging support, Wi-Fi, and Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and Apple iSync support. Other features include Bluetooth, integrated FM Tuner, and an MP3 player with 160MB internal memory that is expandable via M2 memory card slot. Each purchase will come with a 2GB M2 memory card. The FCC has received the Kyocera S1300 mobile phone. It means that this handset will be available very soon if it is approved. The S1300 is a tri-band 800/1700/1900MHz CDMA handset that features aGPS, speakerphone support, voice commands and Web browsing. The handset lacks of camera. The RIM BlackBerry Curve 8900 has been approved by the FCC. The handset is also known as the BlackBerry Javelin. It is actually the update version to the Curve 8300 series. FYI, the smartphone has recently launched by T-Mobile Germany on Wednesday and will be released via T-Mobile and AT&T here in the States. It seems that the Nokia N85 will be officially released in the US pretty soon. The FCC has approved this third version of the N85. The new version of Nokia N85 will support the WCDMA V (850MHz) band and will be available as a full 7 band capable phone with 850/900/1800/1900 GSM and 850/1900/2100 WCDMA. The latest high-end camera phone from Sharp is now being tested by the FCC. The Sharp SH-01A is a clamshell handset that sports a 28mm wide-angle lens with 8MP CCD sensor and Dolby Pro Logic II surround sound. You can also store music and video files on the microSD memory card. [Engadget]

The Almighty FCC has recently approved the highly anticipated Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. Unfortunately, the handset is not the HSDPA 850/1900 MHz model. As we mentioned before, this music phone features the S60 5th Edition operating system, a 3.2 inch 640 x 360 (resistive) touchscreen with stylus input, Wi-Fi connectivity, HSDPA (North American), GPS navigation, 8GB internal memory and a microSDHC memory card slot.
