
Fido Canada is reportedly preparing to launch Motorola’s latest Android smartphone ‘RAZR’ on their network. The handset is said to be available from early 2012, however, there’s no word on pricing yet. Fido has released the BlackBerry Curve 9360 for $350 outright, or $30 on a select 3-year contract. Fido Canada has released the LG Gossip Pro, which is actually a re-branded version of the Optimus Pro. The network carrier sells this Android smartphone for $40 with a new 2-year contract agreement, or $250 without any contract. The handset will likely be available sometime next week for as low as $10 with either a two-year or a three-year contract. This clamshell phone offers a 2-inch 176 x 220 pixels internal display, a 1.3MP camera with video capture ability, a microSD card slot (up to 4GB), an MP3 player, an FM radio and Bluetooth connectivity.
