
The Samsung Epix has been released in the US market through AT&T network. The smartphone comes jam packed with Wi-Fi connectivity, an integrated aGPS, AT&T Video Share support, Global roaming, a 2MP camera with video recording capability, Full QWERTY keyboard and a 2.5 inch TFT color display. This Windows Mobile smartphone also supports Microsoft Direct Push technology that allows the Epix to support multiple email accounts. Lenovo today unveiled its new Lenovo P990 GPS phone. This slider phone sports GSM 900/1800, 3 inch display(240 x 320 resolution), SiRFStar III GPS chipset, 3-core CPU, microSD memory card slot, and a 2MP shooter. Unfortunately, there is no word on pricing so far. [NaviGadget]

Here is another handset from Sky Link. The Ubiquam U800 is being targeted toward business-oriented users. The phone sports EV-DO Rev. 0 (up to 2.4 Mbps) and GPS navigation capability. Airis will be releasing the new T482 GPS phone in France. The Airis T482 will feature quad-band GSM support, GPRS / EDGE connectivity, a 416MHz Marvell PXA270 processor, 64MB of RAM, a 3.2-inch QVGA display, 2-megapixel camera and a microSD expansion slot. Additional features include a SiRFStar III GPS receiver, bluetooth 2.0, 802.11b/g WiFi, FM tuner and a rechargeable Li-ion.
