Gresso has unveiled a new rugged phone namely the Gresso Extreme X3. The handset has been certified with the International IP67 certificate, which means that it can endure extreme weather and environment conditions. According to the manufacturer, Guinness Book of World Records has awarded the Gresso Extreme X3 as the first of rugged mobile phone that will continue to function properly even after being dropped in water at a depth of 5 meters for 1 hour. What’s more, the handset can withstand the weight of up to 1 ton, as well as extreme temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to +60 degrees Celsius. The rugged phone can also endure falls from heights of up to 7-meter against concrete, which makes it highly resistant to shocks. The phone’s chassis is sealed against dust and moisture. The Gresso Extreme X3 supports GSM 900, 1800, and 1900Mhz networks and comes with standard features such as a very small 1.44-inch CSTN display, an FM Radio, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, a flashlight, and a microUSB. The Gresso Luxor World Time phone was designed for those businessmen and women who are always on-the-go. The handset features six independent Swiss clockwork mechanisms on its backside, with a power reserve of 10 years. The back panel includes five main world business centers such as Tokyo, Moscow, Paris, London and New York each one depicting the time. The sixth time can be set by you and can be your home time or maybe someplace else in the world you may be traveling too. There are also a couple of 97-carat sapphire crystals with high-gloss coating. Gresso is ready to release the iPhone 4 with a 200-year old African Blackwood for a case and a 18-carat gold for an Apple logo very soon. Priced at between $3000 to $3500 each, the Greeso iPhone 4 will be available in two version. The Gresso Grand Monaco phones has been introduced in Russia. The handset was inspired by the F1 racing. The Grand Monaco is made from “titanium superalloy” with a high-tech ceramic and carbon. Other materials include steel and hand-polished 42 K sapphire crystal. The phone comes with flat keypads and supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, a 2MP camera, Bluetooth, e-mail and “an outstanding menu design”. The limited edition Gresso’s Skeleton Gold phone comes equipped with 23 functional keys that are “executed of 18k gold” and a QVGA screen that is protected by hand-polished 42k sapphire glass. There is also the Gresso-style transparent sapphire glass panel at the back.
