
The Mobile Hi-Vision Cam Woo is a new camera phone from Hitachi that can record video in 1,280 x 720 resolution. The cell phone comes in a 5MP sensor digital camera, HDMI interface and a microSDHC slot. The handset will be released next week via KDDI. [Engadget]

The Hitachi Wooo Ketai H001 is a new 5MP camera phone. This AU handset from KDDI Japan also features a 3D display for both videos and photos, a 3.1 inch display at 845 x 480 resolution, microSD memory card slot, 1Seg TV tuner support, and e-wallet support. Hitachi has done nicely as far as cell phones go so far with the W61H. The back side of the new Hitachi W61H is has an e-display or “Silhouette screen” and available in 95 patterns. The Hitachi handset can support 250 minutes of call time along with a 2.8-inch WQVGA display, 2GB microSD, 1.97 megapixel camera and 1-Seg. It should release in Japan by the end of March.

Hitachi has really done it this time! They created such a sleek design for a phone that you’ll be left speechless. It not only features 14.2 mm design, but there’s GPS built-in, 2.8 OLED screen, and a 2 megapixel camera. They come in three shiny, bold colors: black, purple, and silver.
