It works simply as capturing the video from the iPhone sending it to a web server to another iPhone. Keep in mind that it doesn’t have audio. Within a phone call away and a matter of starting up the software and you’re good to go! The Huckleberry periscope is for both Mac Book and Mac Book Pro. Unfortunately the application download for this is not available yet.

Good news for people in Hong Kong. The fully unlocked Apple iPhone has arrived Hong Kong today. These iPhones can make phone calls, SMS/MMS or GPRS online without an AT&T SIM card. However, you must pay more for this. The unlocked 8GB Apple iPhone will cost you a whopping $1,200.

iPhone Firmware Update v1.0.1 is now available through iTunes. Apple simply describes the update as containing “bug fixes”, and does not indicate any additional functionality at this time. The upgrade also closes the big Safari security breach discovered earlier this month, which allowed malicious pages to take total control of your iPhone.

Here is the latest rumor of the Apple iPhone release in Europe. UK, Germany and either France, Spain or Italy will get this handset at the end of this year. The Netherlands will subsequently get the iPhone in early 2008. The source also mentions that there will be more iPhone variants, with different designs and hardware in 2008.
