
LG has decided to launch their latest LG Pastel (LG-SU410) cell phone in the Japanese market. Available in pink or white, the handset features a 2.8-inch LCD, a DMB TV Tuner, a microSDHC cards, and a microSD card reader (up to 16GB). LG has introduced their latest candybar phone for the Russian market namely the LG GS200. This new handset offers a 2-inch 176 x 220 TFT screen, a 1.3-megapixel camera, a microSD card slot (up to 8GB), a music player, an FM tuner, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headset jack and supports GSM/GPRS (900/1800/1900 MHz) connectivity. Telus has released another touchscreen phone from LG namely the IQ. The handset is sold for $99.99 with a 3-year contract agreement and offers the following specifications: a 3.2-inch 480 x 800 touchscreen display, a 1GHz processor, LG’s S-Class UI, a 5-megapixel camera, an MP3 player, an FM radio, a fingerprint scanner, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. LG will release the LG eXpo via AT&T network on December 7th, 2009. This Windows Mobile 6.5 handset sports a 1 GHz processor, a 5-megapixel camera with flash, aGPS, and fingerprint sensor. The LG eXpo also features a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with a slider full QWERTY keypad, and a microSD slot (up to 16GB). AT&T sells the LG eXpo for $199.99 on contract and after rebate. Word has it that LG will release a successor to the LG Arena KM900, which is one of this year’s most successful LG touchscreen phones. Dubbed as the LG Arena Max LU9400, the phone has recently received a Wi-Fi Interoperability Certificate.
