
AT&T as promised to release the Samsung SLM a.k.a. Samsung A747 in November 23rd, 2007. Available only in brown, the Samsung SLM features stereo Bluetooth, a 2MP camera, a microSD memory card slot, a 65k color external screen, advanced messaging options and an internal 262k color TFT display. The handset will support Napster Mobile, AT&T Video Share, mobile banking and AT&T Mobile Music services. In case you didn’t know, Napster Mobile allows AT&T subscribers to preview samples of over 5 million songs, purchasing and downloading them within a minute. The Samsung SLM is priced at $149.99 after a $50 rebate and signing up for a 2-year contract.

The upcoming Asus M930 Communicator will feature two display screens and full QWERTY keyboard. The smartphone will be powered by Marvel PXA27x 520 MHz CPU, 256MB of Flash ROM and 180MB of RAM, Windows Mobile 6.0 OS and will have GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS and 3.6 Mbps HSDPA connectivity. Other features include 3.2MP camera with autofocus, FM Tuner, WI-Fi and Bluetooth. For your info, the picture above is only the illustration. It is not the actual picture of Asus M930. The Asus M930 Communicator will be released in Europe in Q1, 2008.

Vodafone and Nokia have joined together to offer an integrated suite of Vodafone services, where it is combined with Nokia’s Ovi services across a wide range of Nokia handsets. This agreement ensures that some Nokia cellphones will remain exclusive to Vodafone. Music lovers will be happy to know that the Vodafone music service and Nokia Music Store will be available soon to all Nokia phones in 2008.
