
Sony Ericsson has introduced the Sony Xperia Pureness at a business update meeting in London. The company mentioned the new Xperia Pureness as “a work of art rather than technology” and something that reflects the “purity of water”. The phone features a minimalistic design and will comes with a Quad-band GSM/EDGE, Bluetooth, and an optional camera module. LG has officially confirmed that the LG BL40 Touch Chocolate will be available for purchase on the European market starting mid-September 2009. In case you didn’t know, the new LG Chocolate features a 4-inch wide screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio, support for 7.2 HSDPA for fast Internet browsing with the elimination of side scrolling due to the wider screen, a panoramic multimedia experience, the Dual Screen UI (shows two types of content at the same time), simplified touchscreen navigation, one-touch copy and paste, a wide range of personalization options through wallpapers, themes and ringtones, a slim shape with glossy black finish, as well as a smooth, elegant surface provided by the curved scratch-resistant glass encasing the device. Nokia comes back with a new cell phone that has a 32GB of internal memory. Approved by the FCC as Nokia Alvin RM-559, the handset features Quad-band GSM connectivity, tri-band WCDMA (900/1900/2100 MHz), Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. Nokia has released a new touchscreen phone for the Chinese market namely the Nokia 3208c. Available in graphite black and white pearl, the entry-level candybar phone adopts a handwriting recognition with a 2.4-inch TFT QVGA touchscreen display with 260k colors, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headset jack, an MP3 player, a 2MP shooter, and a 1,020 mAh battery. Motorola today announced the Motorola A45 Murano in Brazil, under the name of Motocubo A45. Designed for young mobile users, the Motocubo A45 is a messaging phone with a landscape QVGA display and a sliding QWERTY keyboard. The phone features Quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity, an MP3 player, a 3.5mm headset jack, an FM radio with RDS, and a 2MP camera. The phone will be available starting September for $293.
