Motorola is set to drop a brand new touchscreen for US Cellular. Called the Motorola Crush, this stylish phone sports a 2.8-inch 240 x 400 touchscreen display, a 2MP camera, a virtual QWERTY keyboard, a music player, a microSD card slot (up to 16GB), stereo Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headset jack, a 950mAh battery and supports CDMA 800/1900 EV-DO Rel-O connectivity. Motorola is back with its new rugged clamshell phone namely the Motorola Quantico. Featuring a tough-as-nails exterior forged from chrome, glass, mesh and rubber, the Quantico meets the military’s 810F standards for extreme pressure, temperature, water, dust, shock and vibration resistance. Apart from that, the handset also offers a 2.2-inch 176 x 220 internal display, a 1.6-inch 120 x 160 external display, a 1.3MP camera, a microSD card slot, a music player, GPS, Stereo Bluetooth, a 2.5mm headset jack and supports both CDMA 1700/2100 and 800/1900 EVDO connectivities. Mark Guim from the Nokia blog has made an unboxing video of the recently released Motorola Droid. In case you’ve forgotten, this new smartphone offers a 3.7-inch touchscreen display, a 5-megapixel camera, a QWERTY keyboard, a 16GB of microSD card, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and runs on Android 2.0 OS. Motorola has finally launched the highly anticipated Motorola Milestone for the European market. This Android 2.0=powered smartphone will initially be available in Germany via O2 and Vodafone. For your info, the Motorola Milestone will feature a 3.7-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels, a 5-megapixel camera with dual LED flash and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone will also come with a range of applications including Google Maps, Google Talk, Google Mail, and YouTube. Sadly, there is no info on pricing so far. We will keep you posted. [Motorola]
Verizon has recently confirmed the availability of its new Motorola Droid. The Google Android 2.0-powered phone will be released on November 6th, 2009 for $199 with a new two-year customer agreement after a $100 mail-in rebate. In case you didn’t know, the Droid uses a Cortex A8 processor with a 16GB of memory, a 3.7-inch LCD display, a 5MP shooter, Bluetooth, and a QWERTY keyboard. [Verizon]
The Motorola Aura Diamond Edition is now available for purchase. The handset is plated with 18 carat gold and 34 diamonds. The Motorola Aura Diamond Edition supports Quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity, the CrystalTalk technology, a stereo Bluetooth, music and video playback support, a 2MP shooter and a 2GB of internal memory.
