
Motorola has released in Hongkong the new 3G MOTORAZR maxx V3 i-mode, which is the first 3G handset that supports the brand new i-mode services. The phone was launched by 3 Hong Kong. The phone provides users the fastest access to the exciting i-mode mobile entertainment world at the speed of up to 3.6Mbps. In addition, the handset also sports Adobe Macromedia Flash Player, which allows users to view animated contents at the captivating i-mode mobile portal. No word on pricing so far.

Motorola has teamed up with Kodak to release Kodak’s CMOS sensor in a future Motorola-Kodak camera phone which features an impressive 5MP camera. No other details are known about this joint venture. Stay tuned for more updates!

The Motorola Q9 smartphone is using Windows Mobile 6, and features Quad-Band (EDGE/GPRS) functionality, video capture and playback at 30fps, HSDPA, Bluetooth A2DP, 256MB of internal memory, a microSD slot, a 320 x 240 display, and a 2MP camera. According to rumor, the Motorola Q9 will be available in the second quarter of this year. No info on pricing yet.

T3 shows us the video preview of the Motorola new released RAZR2 clamshell phone. The handset features 2.0 inch QVGA (320 x 240) 262K color external display, 2.2 inch QVGA (320 x 240) 262K internal display, a 2.0MP camera with 8x zoom, up to 2GB of on-board memory, web browsing and “Bluetooth, EDGE and USB connectivity support”. Motorola has recently released the Motorola Z8 phone. The handset offers video capture and playback at 30fps, the ability to hold up to 32GB of memory thanks to microSDHC cards, 80MB of internal memory, HSDPA and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, and a QVGA 16 million color TFT display. The phone also comes with a pre-loaded copy of “The Bourne Identity” movie with each purchase. The Motorola Z8 will be released in Asia and Europe in June. Pricing is still in a mystery.

The Motorola V9m is the CDMA version of Motorola LAZR or RAZR 2, which is expected to launch on Verizon Wireless. The mobile phone offers a touch screen coupled with an easy to use BREW UI with Adobe Flash. There are rumors that Motorola will change the product name from V9m to V9c. No word on pricing yet!
