Good news for Palm cell phone lovers, because Palm is now offering an unlocked Centro. The new unlocked version features quad-band GSM support (850/900/1800/900 Mhz) and 3G connectivity. The handset is priced at $299. [CNet]
Palm will offer a free update for the Treo 700wx this summer. Just make sure that you make a backup of all your data before you update. The update 1.24 is only compatible with the Verizon Treo 700wx.
