Panasonic has showcased its VIERA phone called the P905i that is based on the LiMO platform during the Mobile World Congress 2008. It features VIERA high-definition technology and has support for a HSDPA network, a GPS function and a 2,000:1 contrast ratio. The P905i also features a decent 5.1M camera and 3.2-inch color screen with 480 x 854 pixels. No word on pricing or availability just yet, but you can check more pics out after the jump. [AVING] More
Here’s another SoftBank release called the Panasonic 822P. The 822P features a 2.2-inch QVGA display, a 2-megapixel camera with auto-focus, and a microSD card slot of up to 2GB.With support for up to 200 minutes talk time along with Bluetooth connectivity and support for global roaming. It will be available in gold, white, pink, black, and red. Look for the Panasonic 822P in Japan sometime in February. Pricing is still unknown.
