Pantech doublEye IM-U490S Launched

The Pantech doublEye IM-U490S is the company’s latest slider phone for the South Korean market. Released under the Sky brand, this new handset is equipped with a 2.6-inch QVGA display, a 3MP camera, an animated Flash menu, widgets support, a 130MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, a DMB-TV tuner, a music player and supports 7.2Mbps HSPDA connectivity. No to mention, the phone also comes with a picture-in-picture feature and lets you use the photo camera and the video camera at the same time. The Pantech doublEye IM-U490S is now available in South Korea via SK Telecom for 400,000 KRW (about $328). More

Pantech IM-R470S With Unconverted Video Playback Launched

Pantech has launched its latest touchscreen phone ‘IM-R470S’ in South Korea via SK Telecom. This multimedia phone is equipped with a 3.2-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) Sharp LCD screen with a 160 degree viewing angle, a 3MP autofocus camera, Pantech’s TruEmotion 3D Cube UI, an accelerometer sensor, a proximity sensor, a 4GB of internal memory, a DMB TV tuner, GPS, Bluetooth and the capability to play unconverted video files (H.264, MPEG4, DivX, XviD). Pantech Love Actually a.k.a IM-U460K Touchscreen Phone Unveiled

Pantech has finally unveiled a new touchscreen phone for the Korean market. Known as the IM-U460K, the handset will be sold under the name of Pantech Love Actually. Measuring 104.9mm x 54.6mm x 12mm, the Pantech Love Actually comes jam packed with a 3-inch WQVGA display, GSM and HSDPA connectivity, Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB), a media player, a 3MP camera, a video-call camera, a 255MB of internal memory, and a MicroSDHC card support. The AU NS02 is the latest 3G handset from Pantech for the Japanese market. The phone is available in Japan via KDDI. Pantech and AU have worked hard together to release this CDMA 1X WIN phone with a 2.7-inch QVGA display, a 2MP shooter, and microSD memory card slot (up to 2GB).
