Pantech today released the world’s first Android phone for women namely the Pantech IM-A630K “Crystal de Izar”. The phone boasts an interesting bottom that will light up in different colors, depending on what functions of the phone you are using. The new Pantech IM-A630K “Crystal de Izar” also features a 3.2-inch WVGA touchscreen display, a 5MP digital camera, Bluetooth and T-DMB TV tuner. Each purchase comes equipped with a 4GB memory card. AT&T has introduced another messaging phone from Pantech namely the Pantech Ease. Specs-wise, the handset features a 3.2-inch touchscreen display, a 2-megapixel camera, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, HTML browser, AT&T navigator and supports for AT&T’s High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) 7.2 Mbps technology. Another affordable clamshell phone from Pantech has just been launched by AT&T. Dubbed as the Pantech breEZe II, the handset is equipped with an external display, a 2.2-inch 320 x 240 internal display, a 1.3MP camera, an 80MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), external LED notifiers, three EZ One-Touch Quick-Call keys, a large keypad, GPS, 3G, Bluetooth and supports GSM/GPRS (850/900/1800/900 MHz) connectivity. Pantech has rolled out their latest cell phone for the South Korean market. The new Pantech Check Mate IM-S610K is specially designed for women since it comes with a fancy “checkers” like design and its enhanced texting features. No info on pricing or availability so far. [Akihabara]
Pantech has decided to release the Pandora in Korea via Sky. Measuring at just 9.1mm, the Pantech Pandora is a luxury phone that comes with a unique touchpad, so you will be able to easily drag-and-drop photos to your text messages.
