Alltel has announced the upcoming release of BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 smartphone on its network. In case you’ve forgotten, this clamshell phone offers a small external display and an internal display with a 240 x 320 resolution. Other features include GPS mapping, a SureType keyboard, a 2-megapixel camera that’s capable of video, full HTML browsing, a rich media player with the ability to sync music from iTunes or Windows Media Player, a microSD/microSDHC card support and stereo Bluetooth connectivity.
