
Vietnamese website Mai Nguyen has managed to get their hands on RIM’s upcoming BlackBerry 9780 smartphone. Based on the informations we got, the handset will feature a 2.4-inch HVGA display, a 5-megapixel camera, a 512MB RAM, 3G, WiFi and run on BlackBerry OS 6. Here’s a leaked picture of RIM’s upcoming smartphone ‘BlackBerry Storm 3′ that was recently appeared over the web. Although it’s not officially announced, the phone is said to feature a 3.7-inch display, a 5-megapixel camera, an optical trackpad, a 512MB RAM, an 8GB of internal memory, WiFi and run on BlackBerry OS 6. Bell Canada is reportedly preparing to launch RIM’s brand new smartphone ‘BlackBerry Torch‘ on their network on September 24th. The handset will be sold for $199 with a 3-year contract agreement or for $599 off-contract. MTS Canada has begun selling RIM’s brand new BlackBerry Storm2 9550 on their network. The handset is sold for $199.99 with a 3-year contract agreement and min $39.99 voice and data plan. To refresh your memory, this smartphone packs a 3.25-inch 480 x 360 touchscreen display, a 3.2-megapixel autofocus camera with flash, a virtual QWERTY keyboard, a 2GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 16GB), a media player, full HTML browser, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 3.5mm headset jack. China Mobile is ready to launch the BlackBerry Curve 8910 that uses an optical trackpad, instead of an ordinary trackball. The Chinese version of BlackBerry Curve 8910 is similar to the original Curve 8900. The smartphone runs on BlackBerry OS 5 and features a 3.2MP digital camera on the back. What’s more, the handset apparently features something called Evolved-EDGE, which is apparently designed to squeeze as much speed as technologically possible from a 2G connection.
