Latest Video And Release Date of Sony Ericsson X10

Sony Ericsson has recently released a video that shows more details about the upcoming Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. The X10 was originally known by its prototype name of Rachel or the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X3. The smartphone supports a 4-inch touchscreen capacitive display with WVGA (800×480) resolution, an 8-megapixel camera with Autofocus, LED flash, image stabilizers, smile and face detection, Bluetooth 2.1 and WiFi b/g. Upcoming iTG xpPhone

Here’s a look at another upcoming Windows XP phone from a Chinese handset maker iTG. Dubbed as the xpPhone, this smartphone boasts a 4.8-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen display, an AMD Super Mobile CPU, a 512MB/1GB RAM, an optional 8GB SSD or 120GB HDD, a 1.3MP camera, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, Windows XP OS and supports both GSM and CDMA connectivity. BlackBerry Storm2 Coming To Verizon On October 28

The much awaited BlackBerry Storm2 is finally making its way to Verizon Wireless on October 28th. This smartphone will be sold for $179.99 with a 2-year contract agreement and after a $100 mail-in rebate (it requires “a voice plan with an Email and Web feature or an Email and Web for BlackBerry plan”). As a reminder, the handset offers a large 3.25-inch 480 x 360 capacitive touchscreen display, a 3.2MP camera with autofocus and flash, a 2GB of onboard memory, a microSD/SDHD card slot (16GB card included), GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headset jack, BlackBerry OS 5.0 and supports both UMTS/HSPA (2100Mhz) as well as quad-band EDGE/GPRS/GSM connectivities. Motorola Droid Specs Unveiled

Motorola has finally unveiled specifications on the Motorola Droid smartphone. Measuring 2.4-inch x 4.6-inch x 0.5-inch and weighing at 6-ounces, the cell phone will feature a 3.7-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 854, a 5-megapixel camera with 4x zoom, autofocus and a dual LED flash. Additional features include a 550MHz processor, a 16GB microSD card, GPS, Bluetooth, 802.11b/g WiFi and a micro USB port. Its 1400 mAh Li-ion battery will provide up to 385-minutes of talk time or up to 270-hours of standby time. No info on pricing or availability so far. [Engadget]

Samsung Releases T* Omnia II All-in-one Smartphone

Korean giant Samsung today released its all-in-one smartphone ‘T* Omnia II’ in South Korea via SK Telecom. The phone supports a 3.7-inch AMOLED display with a Haptic UI 2.0 and a crystal-clear WVGA resolution, a 5MP digicam with dual power LED flash, a 800MHz CPU, DMB, DivX and more. Samsung Galaxy Spica Officially Announced In Russia

Samsung have officially announced that their second Android smartphone namely the i5700 Galaxy Lite will soon be available in Russia under the name of Samsung Galaxy Spica. The phone will start shipping in Russia in November for 14,000 rubles (about $482). So here are the specs: an 800MHz CPU, a 3.2-inch touchscreen display, a 3.2MP camera, Android 1.5 OS, a 128MB RAM, a 100MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and support HSDPA connectivity.
