LG Revolution 2 Specs Unveiled

LG will launch the new Revolution 2 Android smartphone very soon. The handset features a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, a 1GB of RAM, a 16GB of internal storage, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing camera, and a 4.3-inch 720p HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixel. NTT DoCoMo To Release Sony Ericsson Xperia ray SO-03C Smartphone

NTT DoCoMo will launch the Sony Ericsson Xperia ray SO-03C smartphone in the Japanese market on August 27, 2011. Powered by the Google Android 2.3 OS, the phone comes jam packed with a fast 1GHz processor, a high-resolution 3.3-inch touchscreen Reality Display with the Mobile BRAVIA Engine, and an 8.1-megapixel camera with face-detection and AutoFocus to ensure superior quality videos and pictures. Samsung Galaxy R Now Available Stateside

Samsung has decided to release the Galaxy R smartphone in the US market. The smartphone comes jam packed with an nVidia Tegra 2 processor, which supports 1080p video playback, 720p video recording and great gaming performance. The Samsung Galaxy R also features a 4.2-inch S-LCD WVGA display, a 5MP rear camera, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, an 8GB of internal memory, and a metallic back case. Samsung Galaxy Xcover Unveiled

Samsung is ready to launch its first rugged Galaxy smartphone, the Galaxy Xcover. The handset is dust-proof, dirt-proof, and can be submerged in water up to 1 meter (IP67 certified). Powered by the Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, the phone features a 3.6-inch display, HSDPA 7.2Mbps, Wi-Fi, and a 3.2MP camera with LED flash. Samsung Galaxy Gio Released By Virgin Mobile

The Samsung Galaxy Gio is now available in Canada via Virgin Mobile. The entry level Android handset features an 800MHz processor, the Google Android 2.3 OS, a 3.2-inch touchscreen display, and a 3-megapixel camera. The Gio also allows you to create a Wi-Fi hotspot for up to eight devices. Folks in Canada are now able to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Gio for $149.99 outright or free on a 3-year contract. T-Mobile will launch the LG Flip II Android phone next month. What makes this handset interesting is that it comes equipped with a dual-screen orientation, which is similar with the Kyocera Echo.
