Nokia India has released the Asha 300 Touch and Type. Powered by the S40 OS, the 3G handset is powered by a 1Ghz processor with a 2.4-inch resistive touchscreen display and a 5MP digital camera with video recording at 25fps. Other specs include a Stereo FM radio, an MP3 player, an upgraded Nokia Browser gives you swipe access to apps, music or games from the Nokia Store. The Nokia Asha 300 Touch and Type comes with a 1,110mAh battery that provides up to 7-hour of talk time and up to 550-hour of standby time. Vertu has finally released the Constellation T smartphone. Powered by the Symbian operating system (Anna or Belle), the smartphone comes equipped with a 3.5-inch nHD AMOLED display, an 8-megapixel digital camera with dual LED flash, a pentaband HSPA radio, a 32GB of onboard storage. The Nokia 700 Symbian Belle smartphone is claimed to be the most compact touch monoblock smartphone in the market so far. Measuring 110mm x 50.7mm x 9.7mm and weighing at only 96grams, the handset is ideal for those who want a smartphone that slips easily into their pocket but don’t want to miss out on modern smartphone functionality. The Nokia 700 offers a pentaband radio, WiFi and up to HSUPA 3G data transfers. It is powered by a 1GHz processor, and also incorporates GPS, a compass, Bluetooth and an FM radio. The battery life is rated at up to 7.3-hour of talk-time, or up to 465-hour of standby time. Other specs include a 5-megapixel full focus camera with an LED flash for capturing pictures and video, a 3.2-inch ClearBlack AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass, and a 2GB of storage space that is upgradeable via a microSD card slot(up to 32GB). Nokia has announced the availability of the Nokia 500. This Symbian-powered smartphone is designed for those who are looking for a low-cost, full-function smartphone. The Nokia 500 features a fast 1GHz processor, changeable back covers, a 3.2-inch (640 x 360) capacitive touch display and a 5-megapixel camera that can also capture video. The Nokia 500 comes with the latest Symbian Anna OS, offering a refreshed UI, a better browser and split-screen messaging. Other specs include Bluetooth 2.1 and Wi-Fi b/g. The phone measures 111.3mm x 53.8mm x 14.1mm and weighs in at 93 grams – lighter than any other Symbian^3 phone to date. The almighty FCC has recently approved the Nokia RM-670. The phone may soon arrive in the US for AT&T and T-Mobile with support for both 1,700MHz AWS (T-Mobile and 850/1,900MHz (AT&T) 3G bands.
