T-Mobile will release the Samsung T919 touch screen handset on November 10th, 2008. Dubbed as the “Behold”, the phone features a 5MP shooter, Front-facing secondary camera, GPS navigation, streaming video support, video ringtone support, capacitive touchscreen, microSDHC memory card slot, brushed aluminum back and consumer e-mail functionality. Pantech has recently unveiled its new handset, the Love Canvas or also known as Pantech IM-R300. This touch screen cell phone will be available exclusively from SK Telecom. The handset comes equipped with 2.6 inch WQVGA LCD touchscreen (400 x 240 resolution), an integrated GPS navigation, a DMB TV tuner, a 2MP camera, music player, eWallet functionality, 260MB internal memory and microSD memory card slot. The Philips Xenium X800 e2e touch screen phone has officially released! However, the phone lacks of features. The phone comes jam packed with an ordinary 2MP digital camera, a 2.9 inch touch screen display, a GPRS network support (no 3G and EDGE). BoyGenius has reported that the RIM BlackBerry Thunder touchscreen phone will be available via Verizon. This hybrid handset sports CDMA EV-DO Rev. C, and GSM HSPA for traveling internationally. Unfortunately, there is no word on pricing so far. [BoyGenius]
Philips has introduced its new X800 full touchscreen mobile phone that can be used in both landscape and portrait mode, depending on what function you are currently accessing just like the Apple iPhone.
