
Verizon has sent emails to all of their existing customers, stating that Apple’s iPhone 4 will be launch on February 3rd, 2011, which is tomorrow. Sales will start at 3 AM Eastern. Verizon has recently issued a software update for the Samsung Continuum. The update solves some issues, improves Visual Voice Mail functionality, as well as voice dialing response time when connected to a Bluetooth headset or car kit. The specification of the upcoming Motorola Droid X2 “Daytona” has been unveiled. The Droid X2 comes jam packed with a 1GHz nVidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor, the Google Android 2.2 Froyo OS, a 4.3-inch (960 x 540) display, an 8MP camera and a microSD card slot. Verizon has finally announced the availability of the iPhone 4. The Verizon iPhone 4 will be available on February 10th, 2011. The 16GB model is priced at $199.99, while the 32GB model retails for $299.99. Both models come with a 2-year agreement with Verizon Wireless. Verizon Wireless, the largest North American network carrier, will be announced its own iPhone 4 on January 11, 2011. Verizon and Apple will hold an event on January 11, 2011 in New York, where a CDMA version of the iPhone should be officially unveiled. Known as the LG Revolution, the Android-powered smartphone provides a complete HD support for streaming, playing and recording video multimedia while on-the-go via a high-speed 4G LTE connectivity. The Verizon LG Revolution features a large 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display, the Google Android 2.2 OS, Bluetooth 3.0, a 5-megapixel camera with flash and HD video recording capabilities, a separate front-facing camera for video calls and a proximity sensor.
