The i-Mate Ultimate 5150 Smartphone

The i-Mate Ultimate 5150 smartphone comes equipped with a 520-MHz Intel Bulverde processor, a 2.8-inch touchscreen display, microSD card slot, 256MB ROM, and 128MB RAM. The device runs on the Windows Mobile 6 operating system and sports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HSPDA or EDGE, and a 2.0MP shooter. More images after the break!
