Here are some drawings which are made with Photoshop based on a device described in a recent Apple’s patent application, called “Dual sided trackpad“. It looks like the company will release a clamshell iPhone in the near future.
In a closed position, this clamshell becomes an ordinary slate tablet computer, with a multi-touch touchscreen. However, if you open the flip to up-to 160 degree angle, it becomes a normal laptop computer. What a cool design! See more pictures after the jump to get more details. [Unwired]
